We typically spend 2–5 minutes per child, depending on their age and confidence. We take time to help each child feel at ease, and we never rush them — ensuring a fun and relaxed experience.Extra time is always given for babies or children with additional needs.

Yes! We offer:

Traditional group photos

Composite class photos (each child photographed individually and digitally placed into a group image)

This allows flexibility for settings with mixed ages or smaller groups.

Each child will have a gallery of 4–6 fully retouched portraits, typically including:

A mix of expressions (smiles, natural looks)

Close-ups and full-length poses

Colour and black & white versions in some packages

We offer secure online galleries for each child, with the option of paper proof cards if preferred. No prepayment is needed. Parents simply view the gallery and order their favourite digital, print, or combo packages at their own pace.

Prices start from just £17. A full price list is shared with parents and the nursery ahead of time.

Yes — 10% of all sales are donated directly back to your nursery, either as a payment or voucher to spend on your setting.

You also have the option receive free digital staff headshots if desired, and a 10% discount for staff orders for their children.

Yes. We use password-protected, encrypted galleries and comply fully with GDPR. No images are used publicly without written parental consent.

Orders can be delivered directly to parents' homes or in one batch to your nursery for distribution. Delivery options are selected at checkout.

We provide dedicated customer support for all orders. Parents can reach us directly by email or phone, so your team doesn’t need to manage any queries.
